Professional Experience

William LeVay (Bill) serves as FCA Corp’s Chief Compliance Officer and In House Counsel and advises on special client projects involving business and financial planning issues.  He is a dually licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant and is a Regent and Past President of the American Academy of Attorney CPAs.  He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer for the Commonwealth International Series Trust and is the Secretary for First Commonwealth Mortgage Trust (a Texas REIT).

Bill’s prior work experience includes litigation for personal injury and some business issues and has worked as a tax specialist for CPA firms.  He obtained his law Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.

Personal Interests

Both Bill and his wife Patricia had served as Assistant Scout masters while their sons, Max and Scott became Eagle Scouts.  Bill enjoys playing banjo, piano and other musical instruments and likes to hike and play golf.
