Professional Experience

Christina Doherty serves as FCA Corp’s Vice President and Director of Financial Planning where she works with individual and business clients on a broad range of financial and tax issues. She is a dually licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families on a variety of planning initiatives, with an emphasis on tax. She works in close collaboration with families and business owners to develop customized strategies that help clients achieve their financial, estate, investment and tax planning goals.

Prior to joining FCA, Christina spent 7 years in the Tax Controversy practice at Deloitte Tax LLP, where she navigated federal tax controversy matters for a broad range of clients from high-net-wealth individuals to Fortune 500 companies.

Christina lives in Houston with her husband, James, and their two daughters. Outside of the office, she is active in her church community and enjoys cooking, college football, water activities, and traveling with her family.
