Diana brings over 25 years of experience in serving high-net-worth clients, from her early start in financial planning, performance measurement, investment operations in her own firm, to now in her role as COO to oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting and oversight of the firm’s operations, investment management reporting, human resources, marketing, information technology, and compliance initiatives.

Diana’s entire career in Financial Services has been with only three firms, serving high net worth clients. Her loyalty to this profession is seen in her long tenure in each role. She started with two years in Financial Planning and nine years in GIPS Compliance/ Performance Management at her first firm. In 2009, she helped open a firm where she served for 13 years as an owner/operator in Investment Operations and CCO for five of those years.

Today, with her first year under her belt as COO at FCA, she continues to serve clients and Advisors with the same passion she had starting out in 1998, working to grow something that will last for multiple generations.

An avid fitness enthusiast, you can find Diana in the gym at 4:00am with her husband Brian and their college-age daughter Taylor (when she is on break) lifting weights and avoiding cardio at all cost. She enjoys gardening and spending as much time on the beach as allowed collecting seashells and making gifts from them.
